      Issue description

      In Chapter 4. Managing OpenStack User Security on the "Configuring the Identity Service" after all the configuration explained about domains end the keystone configurations the text tell us to restart the Horizon pod instead the keystone one.

      Also is telling us to use podman restart instead of systemctl - as recommended in previous chapters.
