      Issue description

In the text "If the state key is not defined for the item variable, then use the present value for the key. Pass a value of false to remove the user." false in the second sentence should be replaced with absent. user module does not accept false Boolean for the option state - value of state must be one of: absent, present, got: false

      Expected result:

If the state key is not defined for the item variable, then use the present value for the key. Pass a value of absent to remove the user.
