RH124: feedback for offline video consumption like netlfix downloads option

      Issue description

       It would be nice; if there was a way to get the course materials (video's/text), for offline consumption. For example on a mobile device, while traveling. IE: if you have an app; one of the options on it could be to let you 'checkout' the video content (the way netflix lets you download video's for, 1 week or 30 days, etc allowing offline consumption).
