NTO implemented Metrics and Alerts support in OCP 4.7.  However, it is not clear (to me) what needs to make those metrics available through Telemetry.  Investigate what is currently provided through the Telemetry for NTO (if anything).  If there is nothing provided through the Telemetry, as a follow-on story will be the provisioning of at least `nto_profile_calculated_total` into the Telemetry.  That metric provides The number of times a Tuned profile was calculated for a given node.
