Epic Goal
- NTO implemented Metrics and Alerts support in OCP 4.7. We need to understand how customers are using NTO, in particular, to what extent they use NTO-provided defaults vs. customizing them and/or running TuneD-provided ones. At least `nto_profile_calculated_total` metric should be sent via telemetry. That metric provides The number of times a TuneD profile was calculated for a given node.
