Epic Goal
- Build a Continuous Performance Testing architecture for our RHOAI tests
Why is this important?
- CPT is becoming a key priority of the Perf&Scale department, to ensure that product performance do not degrade over the time
- in 2023, PSAP worked on building and automating RHOAI performance and scale tests, but some pieces are missing, in the environment that surrounds the tests.
- the CPT architecture will bring:
- automated performance regression analyses, with a pass/fail flag for QE
- long term storage of test artifacts (S3)
- long term storage of key performance metrics (OpenSearch)
- common dashboard visualization of the CPT test results (CPT Dashboard)
- custom dashboard visualization of the CPT metrics (Grafana)
