User Story:
As a performance engineer running load tests for ansible lightspeed

I want to upload summary payloads of the results into Horreum

So that they can be stored visualized via horreum

Acceptance criteria:

• Have python code to convert the output of llm-load-test into a summary payload .json which can be run against existing data in S3
• Convert existing results in S3 to summary payloads and upload to horreum
• run summary payload creation as a step at the end of the load test automation in ci-artifacts
• Results of ci-artifacts runs are uploaded to horreum
