As a performance engineer working with the RHODS team

I want to write automation for performance testing of ansible wisdom

So that we can do performance / regression testing of Ansible Wisdom automatically with each release of the model / runtime with less overhead and fewer manual steps

Acceptance criteria:

• Able to run load tests for each new release of Wisdom Model and runtime
• Automated cluster setup, state gathering (including Prometheus metrics)
• Automated configuring of the cluster (Nodes, Pod replicas) between runs
• Automated test run
