User Story:
As a performance engineer working on the ansible lightspeed project

I want to be able to 

• Run ansible lightspeed load tests for each new release of Wisdom Model and runtime
• Automated cluster setup and state gathering needed for troubleshooting
• Automated configuring of the cluster (Nodes, Pod replicas) between runs
• Automated test run

So that we can run the per-release gating/regression test suite in an automated fashion.
