Description:
This is an issue found in Quay 3.16.0 new UI, when Quota is enabled and normal user's username space and organizations are configured with Quota, found on normal user's console can't see the "Quota Consumed", but on current UI normal user can see the "Quota Consumed", pls review this new UI issue.
