Description:

This is an new UI issue found in quay.io, when trying to create a new Quay Organization, only give the name, but not inputting the email address, Quay new UI allow to click the "Create" Button, but hit 400 error code at backend API, actually Quay new UI should validate to disallow clicking the Create button when missing the input of email address. pls review this new UI issue.
