Description of problem

In stage.qauy.io,  when creating an organization, "Organization Email" is not a required field(without the red star) in new UI.

But do not fill in this field, the organization can not be created. There is no alert message why the creation failed at the same time. Everything is silent.

Open the browser debug panel, can get error message "Email address is required"

In old UI, if not fill in the "Organization Email" filed. the Create Organization button is disabled. But in new UI, the Create button is enable.

In the new UI, there should be a message about creation failure, or the Create button should be disabled when there is no email address.
