https://quay.io/repository/rhel-primitives/curl in the stable UI shows an image's description by default, which is good – knowing what an image is for, and how to use it (documentation) is vital. It's not working great (PROJQUAY-9555), but workable.

But when switching to the new UI, the description isn't shown at all. It defaults to the "Tags" list, which is very noisy, and not helpful as the first thing that an user sees.

Please keep defaulting to the description, at least when an image has one.
