Description:

In Organizations/Repositories page, When click the dropdown icon, "Use regular expressions" check box doesn't appear on UI.

It is a regression issue. All quay 3.11~ 3.14 works except 3.15

Browser: Chrome & FireFox

Steps:

1, Create a few Organizations/Repositories;

2, Click the Drop Down button, it expect to show the "Use regular expressions" check box, 

Actual Result:

The regular expression box doesn't show on the UI
