Quay.io SLO alerts are currently configured as High. These will never page AppSRE. We need to update these alerts to be Critical and update the SOP so it's actionable.
Updated the linked SOP so it now references the 502 SOP.
It must be clear from the linked SOP that 502s are currently being caused by a stuck pod and the 502 SOP should be used to resolve the issue.
