The organization, repository and tag name can't be some quay key words in new UI

      Description

      In quay new UI, can't name organization and repository by quay key words.  Such as "organization", "repository", "build", can't name tag by "tag".  Such operations will hit error like "Unable to complete request", or "404 Page not found".

      But in old UI,  they work well.

      For example,  create below repositories.

      "organization/organization"
"organization/repository"
"repository/organization"
"repository/repository"
"build/build"
