Quay new UI access image repo hit error "Unable to complete request" when image repo name is build

      Description:

      This is an issue found in Quay 3.11 new UI, after create Quay new Organization named build ,and create new image repository named build under this new organization, access this image repo from Current UI, it works well, but switch to Quay new UI, hit error "Unable to complete request", see the following screenshots, pls review this issue.
