Description
Description of problem:
In quay 3.11 new feature Add a dark mode switcher, there is a device-based theme, quay console light or dark mode depends on the device's appearance setting . But the operating system appearance setting will be overridden by Firefox website appearance setting.
The appearance setting in Firefox
When enable Auto Dark Mode for Web Contents in Chrome, quay web page will be always dark.

So in the document, should remind customer to check the browser settings first when the quay themes doesn't work as expected.
