"Device-based theme" doesn't work as design in Firefox

Description:

For feature PROJQUAY-6569 Add a dark mode switcher, the design is quay console light or dark mode depends on the device's appearance setting.

But for FIrefox,  it seems the priority of the browser setting is higher than the priority of operating system setting. that means when the operating system setting is light mode and the browser setting is dark mode,  quay "Device-based theme"  option will work as dark mode.  This goes against the design.

Additional information

In the Chrome,  quay `Device-based theme` follows the operating system setting.
