Description:
This is an issue found in Quay 3.10.1, after create new Quay Organization on new UI, the new organization is not displayed automatically on the Organizations Page, ideally Quay new UI should refresh the page automatically to show all organizations, pls review this issue.
Note: This new UI issue is not existed on 3.10
