When I create an organization, it doesn't appear in the list immediately -
requiring a refresh to see it

the useCreateOrganization hook is not invalidating the organization cache and
is causing the Create Org test in cypress/e2e/org-list.cy.ts to fail. We
should be able to simply invalidate the organization queries to fix this.
