On Quay 3.10 new UI, In Tag History, Auto-prune events can't be removed by Permanently Delete

Steps:

1, Push 3 images tag to a repo, like tag name: redis,  v3.8.2-4,mysql

2, In the Organization, set Time machine to 14 Days, Set Auto-prune policy, "By number of Tags=1", wait for policy effective, suppose tag redis and v3.8.2-4 was removed

3, In History page, check the log, can see related event

4, Push tag "redis" again (or restore this tag)

5, In Tags page, select "redis" and click Actions -> Permanently Delete

6, Check Event in Tag history page

Expected Result:

All Tag "redis" related event should be cleaned.

Now delete by auto-prune event and original push image tag info don't deleted

Actual Result:

The Event by "Auto-prune" still there.
