Description:

On Quay 3.10 new UI, In Tag History, Search by name show wrong result.

Quay: quay-operator-bundle-container-v3.10.0-138

Steps:

1, Push 3 images tag to a repo, like tag name: redis, redis1, v3.8.2-4 

skopeo copy  --dest-tls-verify=false --all docker://registry.redhat.io/quay/quay-rhel8:v3.8.2-4 docker://quayregistry-quay-quay-enterprise-14421.apps.quaytest-14421.qe.devcluster.openshift.com/seanorg/seanrepo:v3.8.2-4 

2, Delete the tags to generate event in Tag history page, here it delete by Auto-prune policy, manually delete tag doesn't have this problem.

3, In History page, Search by name text box, input "v"

4, It also shows the name of "redis" which is not expected

5, Search by time has similar issue: 7:12PM should not listed by the filter.
