[Stage.quay.io]: Crud operation on an image tag, it doesn't effective from current list

      Issue Description

      Tag doesn't removed automatically from its list when was deleted

      Environment

      Stage.quay.io [after DB migration]

      Browser: Firefox & Chrome

      Steps:

      1, Create several tags

      2, Select a tag, and delete it 

      3, Check the items list

      Actual Result:

      the tag is still there until refresh page. 

       

      Note: this doesn't exist on quay.io
