Issue Description

Page doesn't update its list automatically when notification created

Environment

Stage.quay.io [after DB migration]

Browser: Firefox & Chrome

Steps:

1, Into a repository->Settings->Events and Notifications->Create Notifications

2, Select "Push to Repository" ->"Email", enter valid values

3, Click 'Create Notification" then Check the list

Actual Result:

Can't see the notification until refresh page. 

Note: this doesn't exist on quay.io
