Right now the clair-action CLI update command doesn't have an option to suppress the debug output.
Since the GH actions modified in PROJQUAY-4878 now utilize the update command, this is causing a huge log in the periodic rebuild action runs (e.g. in this build run).

Providing the option to suppress the debug output would help improve the readability of the build logs.
