    Description

      Epic Goal

      • Enable StoneSoup to organize user repositories in user-designated Quay.io organizations

      Why is this important?

      • StoneSoup needs to be able to create organizations in Quay.io in the background for every new tenant
      • This is currently blocked because the required API on Quay.io is protected by a captcha

      Acceptance Criteria

      • HACBS gets API access to the organizations endpoint without the captcha
      • All other Quay.io tenants are still blocked from programmatically creating organizations using the API via the captcha
