      This ticket tracks reviewing critical quay.io-related alerts, with two objectives in mind:
      1) verifying that the quay engineering team has the knowledge/experience to solve them without escalation
      2) verifying that the quay engineering team has all permissions necessary to solve them without escalation (in other words, is the quay.io "approver" role sufficient?
