Description:

This is an doc issue of Quay 3.7.0 Guide, now in Quay 3.7.0 Operator add two new components, they are 'quay' and 'clairpostgres', pls add the introduction of these two new components, so Quay Customers know how to use these two components.

This component has been introduced to hold "overrides" for the quay deployment (env vars, replicas, etc). Whenever someone upgrades from v3.6.4 to v3.7.0 this component should automatically appear as managed. If users don't provide it, it will show up anyways (as managed). This component, in version 3.7.0 can't be set as unmanaged (it will roll back to managed if set to unmanaged).
