Add Multi-Arch Support

      Need to add support for all RHEL8 supported architectures, including x86_64, aarch64, ppc64le, and s390x.

      The Go binary and all container images will need to support all architectures. Ansible playbook will need to be able to run on each architecture.

      *Note*
      Quay and Ansible images on registry.redhat.io do not support multi-arch.
      Postgres and Redis do support multi-arch.
