The docs for 3.6 show that Quay georeplication is supported when Quay is deployed on OpenShift. This is not correct, we do not support it. The diagram that is in the documentation is the diagram for standalone VM deployments only, not for operator deployments. There are plenty of issues that need to be resolved first to enable operator based georeplication, which are tracked here:

This needs to be changed as soon as possible.
