Quay 3.6.0 guide should mention change to tls termination to edge after upgrade from 3.3.4

Description:

This is a Doc issue about quay upgrade from 3.3.4 to 3.6.0 with Quay Operator, now when in Quay 3.3.4 Customers configured quay to use TLS termination as none, then after upgrade to Quay 3.6.0, it will default to change to https with TLS termination as edge. In Quay upgrade docs, need to add this notes to reminder quay customers.

would just default to cluster wildcard cert/edge rather than add http back in.  
We should make sure this is mentioned in the docs as well.
