      Description:

      This is a Doc issue in how to setup builder in Quay 3.6.0, now in Quay 3.6.0 introduce new component TLS, when Quay Customer choose to use unmanaged TLS component with user provided TLS Cert, in Quay TLS Cert need to add the 'builder route name' to the SAN list, the format should be: 

      [quayregistry-cr-name]-quay-builder-[ocp-namespace].[ocp-domian-name]
