Add tag retention rule by images revision

Current Status

Quay support Tag Expiration by time, not by images revision

Compare with Harbor features - Tag Retention > Add Rule > By Image count or number of days. There is 5 rules can setup per project

• Retain the most recently pushed # images
• Retain the most recently pulled # images
• Retain the images pushed within the last # days
• Retain the images pulled within the last # days
• Retain Always

Workaround

Nope. The customer don't want to setup expired date for maintain the images.

Customer Need

• As a Quay administrator, I'd like to set-up tag retention rule by recently pushed, so that I can keep the most recently pushed 10 images.
