AiO installer should be able to update a running instance

Story: As an OpenShift administrator I need an easy way to keep my all-in-one Quay registry instance updated so that I can eliminate CVEs.

Acceptance criteria:

• Quay AiO installer supports an update command that update a running Quay instance
• the installer will detect a running Quay instance or error out
• the installer will prevent incompatible update jumps (e.g. 3.3.* -> 3.5.*)
• the installer allows to specify which target version to update to, if nothing is provided a default is used
• the installer displays the previous and the new version of Quay running after performing the upgrade
