      A new command was added: `mirror-registry upgrade`. This will upgrade all container images without touching any configurations or data. If the `quayRoot` was previously set to something other than default, it needs to be passed in to the upgrade command too, just like uninstall.

      Story: As an OpenShift administrator I need an easy way to keep my all-in-one Quay registry instance updated so that I can eliminate CVEs.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Quay AiO installer supports an update command that update a running Quay instance
