      Story: As a user I can create and use structures like <my_registry_host>/<my_quay_org>/<my_project>/my_repo>:<tag>

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Quay accepts pushes to nested repositories
      • Quay does not require the user to precare create the `parent-namespace` when pushing to `parent-namespace/child-namespaces/sub-namespace/image:latest` etc
