Description of problem:

Because of quay does not support configure builder in config editor UI, we can only configure it in config.yaml file manually. But it includes many configuration schemas, we do not know each schema clearly. There should be a more detailed documentation than https://github.com/quay/quay/blob/master/buildman/README.md for customer
