      User or Developer story

As a developer, I want to re-enable tests that we disabled in PODAUTO-21 so can be assured we fully understand the issue and have the fullest test coverage possible

      Description

We marked out the cpu and global ca tests in PODAUTO-21, I suspected because of some certificate issues, but I didn't have time to chase it. This is just "chase down why the failed and re-enable those tests, potentially after putting up a CARRY patch to rectify the issue that causes breakages on OpenShift".

      Engineering Details

scalers/cpi and internals/global_custom_ca were excluded from the keda CI configuration. Once we figure this out we just need to remove the exclusion of global_custom_ca from the internals test.

      Acceptance Criteria

The following test is re-enabled in CI:

      • internals/global_custom_ca
