      Description of problem:

As a customer I want to define a way to mount custom CA certificates under `/custom/ca`, with the CMA operator there is currently no way to mount a custom CA certificate.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      OCP 4.11, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14
      CMA 2.11.2-311

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install OCP
      2. Install CMA

      Actual results:

No custom CA certificate is mountable

      Expected results:

Custom CA certificate is mounted in don't need to be specified in all triggers
