Workbench: solver editor: termination checkboxes don't persist (they turn off after saving and reloading)

      To reproduce:

      • create solver config
      • check the checkbox "spend limit"
      • fill in 5 minutes
      • close the solver config (with the X)
      • open it again
        Notice that the 5 minutes is still there, but the checkbox is no longer enabled.
