As a user, when I start the application with app.routing.osmfile set, I want the UI automatically center and zoom to area corresponding to the data loaded from the specified OSM file.

Backend should provide some essential information about the available OSM data in response to establishing the WebSocket connection (and later on request). When I open or refresh web browser, when a map is displayed on Demo page it should focus on the available area.

When server restarts and the connection is reestablished, I don't want to change zoom and center properties unless the OSM data file change during the backend restart.
