Although it's already possible to choose arbitrary OSM data file when starting the application, the UX when working with anything else that Belgium is poor because the demo location set and geosearch result filtering is hard-coded to Belgium.

For smooth UX regardless of which OSM region is loaded we need following:

• Center & zoom to the bounding box of the loaded OSM data on browser refresh.
• Automatically restrict geosearch results by relevance to the working region (with possibility to change the settings).
• Allow users to easily create custom routing plan specifications that can be stored on file system (surive application restart and database erasure).
