Initial design work has been done on user preferences as they apply to a single cluster's Web Console. We should explore the implications of bringing those preferences up a level to the "hub" Hybrid Console UI, and whether anything in the planned implementation or forward-looking designs would need to change.

Goals

• Consider how the most forward-looking user preferences design could appear in the future Hybrid Console
• Determine whether or not any changes would be necessary if preferences were configured in that multi-cluster-aware Console
