Regardless of how we ultimately organize the navigation to make things easier for beginners, eventually users will level up to knowing exactly what they’re looking for and want a faster way to get to those pages. Allowing users to customize their nav is one approach, but navigating through Search could be an even faster way to move around in the Console and compete with the CLI’s speed.
We should brainstorm what a search-based navigation approach could look like. We may follow this up with feedback session reviews and if those go well, customer feedback sessions and maybe user tests of this new approach. Maybe even typing in CLI commands into this search experience could take users to the correct resource/place.
Maybe recent searches could be remembered, and if they're chosen often enough, suggested as items to include within the customizable nav or a saved searches area.
