      We want to support operators when STS authentication is  enabled for the OCP cluster

      1. inform users which operators are supporting STS
      2. let users know that STS is enabled in the cluster they are using
      3. allow users to inject the arn information when they are installing the operator
      4. [maybe] mention in the cluster overview that STS is enabled
