      Cluster is in STS mode when:

      1.  AWS
      2. credentialsMode in the `cloudcredential` resource  is "Manual"
      3. serviceAccountIssuer is non empty

      AC: Inform user on the Operator Hub item details that the cluster is in the STS mode
