      Background Info
It has been suggested that in some cases, once a certain type of user creates a ROSA cluster, they may mostly interact with it via its OCP console, and not return frequently to OCM. If this is the case, we should consider how and where we present related services, ROSA support, and other ROSA-specific info.

      User Story
As a product team member working on ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS),
I want to track user engagement between the ROSA web console and the ROSA wizard or OCM (OpenShift Cluster Manager),
So that we can determine the frequency of users returning to OCM after creating a ROSA cluster in order to prioritize UX improvements.

      Goals & deliverables

      • Investigate and analyze the OCM and OCP (OpenShift Container Platform) path data to determine if ROSA users frequently return to OCM after creating a ROSA cluster.
      • Collaborate with spadgett@redhat.com to understand the additional tracking being added to the OCP console for gathering relevant data.
      • Create a design deliverable that captures the findings and goals of the analysis.
      • Review with all relevant stakeholders including rhn-engineering-abhgupta spurtell1@redhat.com
      • Present findings at 'ROSA UX improvement iteration team sync up'
      • The process and location of the captured data are documented for future reference.
