Goal
As a user, I need the ability to import and register my *ks cluster.

Background
ACM has the ability to support this in the UI today, we should leverage those designs. See images attached.

Requirements

• A user needs to be able to import a cluster from the cluster list.
• The connect cluster modal will pop up - for *ks clusters a new step will be required first: users will need to provide credentials (kubeconfig?) and cluster info
• Once the user completes the rest of the connect cluster flow, the *ks cluster will show up in the list (aks or eks under type)
• User will also be able to select the *ks cluster and view the details (not sure what info we have since it is not an OpenShift cluster)
