The goals of this story are to determine the UX that:

lets customers see what subscription billing model they are selecting for the add-on (annual subs vs consumption based)
provides visibility into the marketplace where they purchased the add-on and where the billing will happen (especially important if there are multiple)
allows them to make a selection on the subscription billing model and marketplace if there are multiple purchases for the add-on
provides visibility into the cloud billing account where the billing will happen in case of marketplace purchases.
